Product Description:
PA/EVOH/PE coextruded film is a seven-layer film, with PA an excellent puncture-resistant and strength material and EVOH an excellent barrier material, is applied in packaging of food, beverage, easily oxidized products and products with bones, extending shelf life of goods, protecting packaging and providing transparent visual effect.
PA/EVOH/PE coextruded film is applied in stretch forming packaging in fields of meat, fresh food and medicine products.
Industrial usage of thermo films: Below are some of the important industrial usages of thermoforming films
1. Thermoform in food packaging- The puncture resistant and meagre leakage feature finds good place in food packaging industry. In addition, at freezing temperature thermoform films retain strength and hence they are found to be one of the best packaging films for refrigerating food items like red meat, cheese, etc.
2. Thermoforming packaging for Medical industry- its strong mechanical properties and moisture barrier property finds its best usage for packaging sterile medical products such as medicines and medical equipments.
3. Thermoforming for other packaging purpose- Products made with thermoforming concept such as thermoforming films, thermoforming plastic sheets, and thermoformed blisters are found to be very useful in packaging different products such as cosmetics, food items, machines, medicines, etc. In addition, readymade packaging boxes are also available to make the packing very easy.
